The move Hungary is going to make in Romania. It will happen in Târgu Mureş and Oradea
Hungary will open consulates in Croatia, Poland and Canada and consulates in Australia and Romania, according to an announcement released Tuesday in the  official Magyar Kozlony gazette, MTI reports.

 The General Consulates will be opened in Osijek, Krakow and Toronto and consulates will be opened in Melbourne, Targu Mures and Oradea.  

 The  Consulate in Melbourne will belong to the Hungarian Embassy in Canberra, the Consulate in  Targu Mures will belong to the General Consulate of  in Miercurea Ciuc, and the Oradea Consulate will belong to the   one in  Cluj.

The government has instructed the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice to take measures in this regard.

The  State Secretary in  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,  Zsolt Nemeth visited Australia and New Zealand in March. He said that the previous government had closed a number of representations, including the  general consulates in Sydney, Toronto and Sao Paolo, despite the importance of these centers Hungarian to the Hungarians abroad.


He stated that  the ministry proposed the reopening of  several government offices and a consulate in Melbourne will be opened in the near future.
