1. The largest Romanian flag, which will stretch on about seven hectares. This initiative is meant to support the Antenna 3 campaign of December 2012 when, to celebrate the National Day, Antenna 1 and Antenna 3 journalists shared flags to the people in the most crowded squares in Bucharest.
2. The biggest European Union flag, to be accomplished on May 9, on Europe’s Day .
“The surface is huge. It would be the largest EU flag. Bucharest and Romania will be the most publicized places in the world. This way, Europe will see that Romania is indeed the cradle of democracy”, Mihai Gâdea emphasized on Antenna 3.
As guest on the Monday night edition of the show "Daily summary" from Antenna 3, the producer of the show "On Today’s Agenda ", Dana Grecu stated that the initiative to create the world's largest Romanian flag was "a tribute that Antena 3 paid to all the Romanians in the statistics, who are not seen nor heard”.
