Invited on the special edition of the Daily Summary show, Victor Ponta stated that the Parliament would have the same budget as the previous  year even if the number of MPs  had increased over the elections from 470 to 580 persons and the Presidency, the same as  the Government would have a smaller protocol spending budget, premier Victor Ponta stated Monday  evening.

He specified that after the Parliament budget was set at this level under the circumstances of  an increased number of its members that would  require the granting of smaller wages or the acceptance of lump sums or  expenditures  cutting .
