Bulgarian finance minister Simeon Djankow has told FT Deutschland that although his country meets the criteria for joining the euro it does not want to join until it is clear how the final eurozone rules look.
"We have decided to wait," said Djankow.
He also said Bulgaria is against eurobonds.
